What payment methods do
you
accept?
We accept credit card payments and eft's. If you would
like to
purchase via eft please email us at order@gainweight.co.za.
Is
it
safe to pay by credit card?
Yes, all our credit card payments are
securely processed by Payfast. Please go to their website to read about
their
services and security.
Please explain the order process.
Once
you have paid you will be asked to enter the necessary information that
we
require to post your package.
Usually within the next few hours
you will
receive an email letting you know your order is being processed.
Once
your package has been sent out (usually within 1 working day of paying)
you will
receive a tracking number with all the neccessary information.
All
packages are Discreetly packed and sent with Speed services overnight
courier
service.
What is the cost for postage?
We charge a
flat rate
of R55 no matter what the size of the package or where in South Africa
the
package is going.
